How do I track my order?

What is your shipping policy?

Standard processing takes between 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted in the item description. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Average delivery time is 2-3 business days after process & handling. 



Expedited delivery is available at checkout. We offer both 2 day and overnight delivery. Orders using expedited delivery are shipped out the next business day.



We are pleased to ship worldwide. Once in the checkout process your shipping should automatically be calculated based on what you are purchasing and where you are shipping. Standard International shipping is the default selection which can take up to a full 30 days after shipping to deliver. If you need your parcel sooner, you may choose to expedite it at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

We offer exchanges for the same item of a different size, or a different item of equal value if claim made WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM. If we do not have your size, we will issue a store credit. No refunds at this time.


Customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless there was a handling mistake made by Pretty-N-Paid.

If your item(s) arrive damaged or broken, we will cover the return shipping cost and replace the item if available. If the damaged item is not available, we can issue a store credit or a refund. Items can only be exchanged if UNWORN, UNUSED, UNWASHED, with all TAGS still ATTACHED.

All sale items are FINAL. All accessory items are FINAL.


Any orders that are cancelled prior to shipment are subject to a 20% restock fee.


Any items not shown on the website are sold out, and presumed not to restock. There are rare occasions where we are able to restock, but we do not receive advanced notice in those circumstances. ​
